Description:

The program covers knowledge in the areas of animal slaughter, meat processing, production of meat products, packaging, and storage. Students acquire skills for working with tools and machinery, adhere to high hygiene standards, and develop an understanding of meat quality and responsible handling of raw materials.

Program objective:

To prepare professionally qualified workers for the food processing industry who can independently carry out production processes and ensure food quality and safety.

Acquired competencies:

Production of bakery, confectionery, or meat products; use of professional equipment; adherence to technological and hygiene standards; basic business and communication skills.

Practical training:

Hands-on practice in school workshops and local companies, where students gain real work experience.

Completion:

Final Examination (Slovene language + practical product or service with oral defense). Possibility of continuing education in technical-vocational programs.
