Description:

Students are trained to independently prepare all types of bakery products – from basic to more complex ones. They learn to work with different types of dough, master fermentation processes, operate modern machines and technologies, and ensure the quality and safety of products.

Program objective:

To prepare professionally qualified workers for the food processing industry who can independently carry out production processes and ensure food quality and safety.

Acquired competencies:

Production of bakery, confectionery, or meat products; use of professional equipment; adherence to technological and hygiene standards; basic business and communication skills.

Practical training:

Hands-on practice in school workshops and local companies, where students gain real work experience.

Completion:

Final Examination (Slovene language + practical product or service with oral defense). Possibility of continuing education in technical-vocational programs.
