Internship at Instrumental Laboratory
We are looking for interns in instrumental analytical laboratory in WULS (Warsaw University of Life Sciences).
Do you have good command of English? Do you study chemistry, biology or relevant subject? Wish to learn applied analytical methods?
Unfortunately internship will not be paid by our party.
Duration: up to 3 months (preferred during summer)
The intern’s duties will include learn to:
-operate FT-IR spectrophotometer
– operate GC
– operate calorimetric bomb
– operate UV VIS spectrophotometer
– operate DSC (differential scanning calorimetry)
The aim of this internship is to provide a basis for understanding of the mentioned analytical methods, to prepare samples, read and understand obtain results.
Another point will be the ability to discuss of results.
It is also to improve: decision making, problem solving, cognitive skills, self-management as well as team work.
