The Office for Academic and Student Affairs is located on the ground floor of the school, where you can obtain all information related to your studies.
During your studies, you can, during office hours, collect enrollment certificates, student ID cards, passwords for electronic exam registration, submit thesis topics, and request recognition of exams.
During exam periods, the office publishes lists of registered students and exam results, which are available on the school’s website and notice board. It also posts all study-related announcements.
The office maintains the personal records of all enrolled students from admission to graduation. It also issues diplomas and diploma supplements, which students receive at the annual graduation ceremony.

The office for part-time/extraordinary studies is open daily from 11:00 to 13:00 and additionally on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 14:30 to 16:00.
